You will get an email from us confirming we recieved your responses and a calendar link to schedule your free strategy session to get matched with a coach.
Does it cost anything?
Nope! It is free to take the quiz and to get a strategy session. Once you want to move forward with a coach, payment will be required.
Step 2. Get Matched
We'll introduce you to the right coach based on your preferences and answer any questions you have.
Can I select my own coach?
A member from our team will match you based on your availability, industry, and coaching profile that you filled out.
Can I change my coach?
Finding the right coach is important to us, which is why we only work with coaches who have the necessary skills and experience. If you're not happy with your initial call, we'll be happy to connect you with another coach.
Step 3. Meet Your Coach
Have personal, 1:1 virtual sessions about your career tailored to help you achieve your goals and increase the number of interviews you land.
How do I communicate with my coach?
You will be given access to your very own portal to message your coach directly, upload your resume, and schedule future calls.
What are sessions like?
Typically you will meet with your coach 1x/week for 60 min sessions whether it's customizing your job search strategy, tweaking your resume, or practicing for interviews. You can also message your coach in between sessions. Our end goal is to help you achieve yours - getting the job you always wanted.
