For all searches, we want you to feel confident about your hire. If a candidate doesn’t stay in the role for at least 60 days, we’ll replace them once at no additional cost to you. It’s our way of ensuring a good fit and giving you peace of mind.
How long does it typically take to fill a role?
Colloboration is key so it depends. The faster you are able to get us the information we need to fill the role, the faster we can get to work on the search. We like to have candidates for you to consider within 72 hours from the intake call.
